A Mid-Century Neighborhood for the Modern Family

The Snow Heights Neighborhood is nestled in the heart of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Its boundaries are: Indian School Road to the north, I-40 to the south, Pennsylvania Boulevard to the west, and Wyoming Boulevard to the east.

How It All Began: In 1952, developer Ed Snow began the Snow Heights Addition. Winrock was built by former Arkansas Gov. Winthrop Rockefeller, brother of Nelson Rockefeller, and opened in 1961. It was built in partnership with the University of New Mexico.
